Crispbread with 02 IPA Spent Grain Flour
- Mix all ingredients together and knead with a mixer (dough hooks).
- When the dough is uniform, roll it out thinly between two pieces of baking paper. The dough should be approx. 2 mm thick.
- Place the dough on the baking tray, then cut the sheets into suitable pieces (e.g. 3 x 5 cm).
- Bake them in the preheated oven for 15-18 min at 220 °C .
