Toast with 01 Spent Grain Flour

Here's how
- Dissolve the yeast in the lukewarm milk.
- Add the wheat and 01 Pilsner Spent Grain Flour and knead on low speed using a stand mixer.
- Add salt, sugar, and butter when the flour is absorbed into the milk. Then knead for 15 minutes at medium speed with the dough hook (the dough should come off the sides of the bowl, but it can still be slightly moist).
- Transfer the dough to a greased bread loaf pan.
- Let it rise for 1-2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
- Preheat the oven to 170 °C (fan-assisted) and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Cool the bread on a wire rack, and enjoy it freshly baked or slice it and toast it to make it crispy using a toaster.
