Crispbread with 02 Spent Grain Flour

Ingredients

1 dl sunflower seeds (50 g)

1 dl sesame seeds (60 g)

1 dl pumpkin seeds

1 dl flax seeds (65 g)

1 dl oatmeal (40 g)

1.5 dl wheat flour (57 g)

1.5 dl 02 Spent Grain Flour

1 dl oil

2 tsp salt

1 tsp baking powder

2 dl water

Here's how

  1. Mix all ingredients together and knead with a mixer (dough hooks).
  2. When the dough is uniform, roll it out thinly between two pieces of baking paper. The dough should be approx. 2 mm thick.
  3. Place the dough on the baking tray, then cut the sheets into suitable pieces (e.g. 3 x 5 cm).
  4. Bake them in the preheated oven for 15-18 min at 220 °C .
