3-Ingredient Flatbreads with 02 Spent Grain Flour
Ingredients
Here's how
These super easy flatbreads are made with just Agrain flour, plain flour, and greek yogurt (plus salt). Agrain flour adds extra fibre and flavour! A perfect side to soup, salad, or as a wrap.
1. Combine flour, spent grain flour and salt in a bowl.
2. Add the greek yogurt and bring everything together with a spatula or wooden spoon. Then use your hands to knead the mixture until well combined and a smooth ball is formed.
3. Dust a clean surface with plain flour. Divide the mixture into 4 equal-sized balls and roll out into 1/2cm thin rounds. Dust with more plain flour if the dough is too sticky.
4. Heat a clean, dry frying pan until hot, then reduce the heat slightly. Place the dough rounds onto the frying pan one-by one, letting them cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Stack the cooked flatbreads on a clean plate and cover with a table cloth to keep warm until ready to serve.
